What TopCheese does
- TopCheese is a free sports and stats app that shows NHL shots on goal and related information (e.g. shots since last goal, heat indicators). It is for informational and entertainment purposes only.
- We do not guarantee that stats are real-time, complete, or accurate. Data may be delayed or wrong due to sources, connectivity, or technical issues. Do not rely on the app for official standings, betting, or critical decisions.
- TopCheese is not affiliated with the NHL, NHLPA, or any team. All NHL-related data is used under applicable terms; team and league names and marks are the property of their owners.
- TopCheese may display predicted probabilities for which team is likely to score the next goal. These are algorithmic estimates for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not guarantees, and you should not rely on them for betting, wagering, or any financial decisions.
Your responsibilities
- Use the app in a lawful way and only for personal, non-commercial use, unless we explicitly allow otherwise.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or bulk-download our data or systems.
- Do not use the app to interfere with our services, other users, or third-party systems.
- You are responsible for how you use the app and any device you use to access it.
Termination and changes
- We may suspend or end your access to the app if we believe you have breached these terms or misused the app. We will do so in a reasonable way where possible.
- We may change these terms over time. We will post the updated terms (e.g. in the app or on our website). If you keep using the app after changes, you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, stop using the app.
